AITR - Associazione Turismo Responsabile (Italian Association for Responsible Tourism), established in Verona in 1997 with the aim of encouraging equitable tourism, respectful of local communities and with low environmental impact. Its members are more than 40 non-profit organizations which identify with the “Sustainable travel identity card". Mlal is one of the founding members and is represented on the Steering Committee.

ITALIANATs – An association set up in 2000 by NGOs, associations and fair trade circuits to support and promote the NATs movements. NATs stands for Niños y Adolescentes Trabajadores, which means Child and Teenage Workers. MLAL is one of the founding members and is represented on the Steering Committee. www.italianats.org
